For Release: June 2, 2003
RALEIGH, NC June 2, 2003 Acroprint Time Recorder Co. announces their membership to the Intuit Developer Network. This network allows Acroprint to have seamless integration between Acroprint's solutions and Intuit's financial software, QuickBooks®. Using the most up to date technology supported by Intuit, Acroprint will provide a comprehensive solution for their customers. Acroprint's popular timekeeping systems, Time Q+ Plus, TimeStation PC, and TimeStation PC Network, not only help reduce payroll preparation time, they also eliminate inaccuracies with manual calculations by exchanging the data. Acroprint continues to find ways to help small businesses save time and money.
In addition to the new data integration feature, Acroprint's release of 5.11 Time Q+ Plus time and attendance badge system now has available user-selected language choice Spanish or English. Once the installation of the software is complete, the User can choose to use the software in either language (Installation guide is only in English). This complete system eliminates the need to buy, prepare, and calculate employee time cards. The Time Q+ Plus features a 120-employee capacity on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly pay periods. This system also can handle up to twelve shifts; two classes of overtime, California overtime and offer automatic daylight saving time adjustment. The digital display shows employee's name, daily and pay period hours worked, and in/out punches. The Time Q+ Plus holds data for numerous reports: hours summary, who's in, who's out, employee profiles, and time cards.
Acroprint has available lower-cost alternatives: 3.01 TimeStation PC and 3.07 TimeStation PC Network. This software series allows employees to "punch in and out" at a computer. These are ideally suited for small businesses with up to 25 employees who want to automate their time and attendance process. The TimeStation PC series reports regular hours, two levels of overtime, vacation, sick/personal hours, holidays and other categories. Supervisors can print Time Card reports, Hours Summary, and Who's In reports. The system can be set for auto transactions, manual date/time entries or batch time slips, and there is password protection. It operates on most Windows® Operating Systems. The TimeStation PC solution works at one designated PC while the TimeStation PC Network works on a network environment, which allows employees to "punch in and out" at their own PC.
