Custom Applications, Private Labeling

Take advantage of custom applications and private labeling features that include custom overlays, colors, keypads, and lenses for the Acroprint Data Collection Terminal (ADCT). This provides a unique design look customized for your application.

These versatile terminals allow employees to use a magnetic stripe badge, visible or infrared barcode badge, proximity badge, terminal keypad, biometric fingerprint reader or any combination sources to punch in and punch out.

ADCT communications protocols include RS232, RS485, internal modem and TCP/IP. With the Acrocomm Communications System developers can easily integrate ADCT into custom applications using an extensive library set to create custom menu structures, store collected data, etc.

ADCT product specifications

• Display: 2 line by 20 character backlit LCD (alphanumeric).

• Memory: 128K RAM standard (256K RAM optional).

• Power: 120/240V. 50Hz/60Hz wall mount transformer 9 volt AC, 1000 mA minimum.

• Battery Capabilities: Internal lithium battery retains data and powers the real time clock.

• Media Input:

  • Integral keypad.
  • Magnetic Stripe Card Reader (ABAII).
  • Barcode Reader, Code 39, Interleaved 2 of 5, (visible or infrared).
  • External Bar Code Reader.
  • Pen Wand.
  • Fingerprint Reader.
  • HID Proximity Reader 26 Bit.

• Communications: RS232, RS485 2 wire single terminal or multi-dropped protocols (LAN), internal 2400-baud modem, Ethernet/Internet TCPIP (RJ45), 10 BaseT only.

• Printer Connection: Serial port RJ11 Modular, Parallel port 25 pin DB.

• Enclosure: Flame retardant Polycarbonate/ABS, with reversible wall mounting bracket and secured access door that protects I/O ports.

• System Requirements: Works with Acroprint Pendulum system and custom software applications.
