Note: If you programmed your non-atomic ES700 previously for the updated DST change dates, you should not have to program the DST change dates again for 2010. The unit remembers the start date as the second Sunday in March and the end date as the first Sunday in November. Once set, the clock automatically updates the settings every year thereafter. No further manual setting is necessary unless the law regarding the start and end dates of DST changes again.
Use the instructions below if you did not set up your clock for automatic DST change dates or for whatever reason need to change your DST programming for 2010.
To enter the program setting mode, plug the AC cord into the AC outlet and remove the cover. Next press the [SELECT] button once. The recorder changes into the program mode showing the
on the display positioned under the TIME mark.

Note: If you see the following display when you press the [SELECT] button, it means that a password has been set for the clock. You will need to enter the password before you can make any setting updates. Refer to your user manual if you need more information.
